I was unsure if I should send my daughter to LCPS due to Lamar Countys poor reputation in education. So glad I was open minded we have been pleased she has been there three years now last year she was in first grade and scored close to perfect on her CRCT.The school is so cute and the staff is very caring. When I leave her I know she is safe if there is a question about pick up or illness they call.WE LOVE LCPS!

My twin sons are in the first grade at LCPS. I love the school. The teachers and staff are very attentive, the dress code is great. Having the students dress similar, all the way to high school, is very important. The students can concentrate on their studies instead of what everyone is wearing. I was also most impressed and pleased they didn't take the pledge aligence to the flag away. Its just all around a great school.
