Sonoraville East Middle School

I'm currently a 7th grader at SMS, and within my first year there, we had multiple lockdowns, caused by strangers on campus, bomb threats, or even drugs. Once we had to evacuate to the high school's gym. I don't feel safe at school anymore. The teachers put you down constantly, pick favorites, and give up on most students. Our school has been given a bad reputation of which it deserves.

I am a 8th student at sms and I have to say that some of the 8th grade teachers are bad I don't understand anything there saying and most do pick fav. in class. The school also has a big drug problem I know several people that do drugs and are emo and cut thereself. Something needs to be done.

My son attends SMS and I'm proud to say that!The teachers are great! My son is a very active sports and the coaches are great too! All is great at Sonoraville Middle School!

I would give this school a good five star rating. The work they give to the kids is so good. The school knows what there doing. With there sports and learning. way to go!

I think that SMS is a wonderful place to learn and expand your knowledge of the world. In a safe environment, the teachers can nurture and help you grow, so anyone can go there to learn!!!

I can not praise this school and the teachers enough. My son has the most excellent teachers ever! After him attending Adairsville Middle school and failing the 6th grade there he is doing excellent at SMS. The AMS teachers gave up on him and wanted to put him in the special ed classes. They were tired of dealing with his ADHD . But not here. I love this school and the teachers!! My daughter loves it too!

discipline is a very bad problem here. drug and alcohol abuse is rampant. some good teachers. moved my child around in the school till we found good teachers . the school is always wanting money from parents and the choral group is expensive to persue.

Sonoraville East is a good school. The children are well behaved considering the lack of administrative discipline. There are a good many quality teachers there that do an excellent job.

I am a past student of this school. I enjoyed going to this school. They have a great music program, a great physical education program, and a wonderful art program. I was never one to really enjoy any of these subjects until I came to this school.

I truly like this school. I believe that my children are being led in the right path and i know that they are getting an education that they can use in near future. the teachers they have are great and the atmoshere there really makes the kids feel important.
