I went to TA for Middle school (Grades 6 through 8) and they were the worst years of my life. If you didn't participate in any extracurricular activities or sports, you were considered worthless by teachers and students. Basically, you were an outcast and the teachers were very rude. The students were only ridiculed and put down. I wouldn't recommend TA to anyone, ever!

I have three children enrolled at Tiftarea Academy ranging from 7th grade to kindergarten. They are all excelling academically thanks to the excellent teachers, staff, and support system at the school. We participate in several extracurricular activities at Tiftarea and they too are nothing short of superb. With the most wonderful teachers and staff in the world, Tiftarea truly is a school of excellence and a fantastic place to call home!

We love Tiftarea Academy. I chose Tiftarea Academy for its reputation in academic excellence and the Christian atmosphere. Sadly, there are not many schools that still have prayer at sports events and school gathering. The teachers and staff are always willing to go the extra mile for the students. I don't worry about my child's safety at Tiftarea Academy.

Tiftarea has a family atmosphere that I love. You know all the teachers and the teachers know your child. The kids get a great education and a chance to be involved in all areas of the school e.g. sports, clubs, etc.

The teachers and administration at Tiftarea go out of their way to try to ensure each student feels important and has the opportunity to participate in activities essential to a well rounded education. I know my child is safe and can concentrate on learning without having to deal with issues not conducive to learning. Wonderful christian atmosphere that reinforces moral behavior.

Have never regretted having my kids at TA since day one. Love the fact that God's name has never been removed and His light shines in the school!

Tiftarea Academy is a wonderful, safe place for my children to get a good education. It is an extension of the morals and values that they learn at home and I trust that my children are in good hands and a safe environment while away from their parents. TA proudly incorporates Christian values and trust in God into all aspects of the school day.

The k3 and k4 progrmas start the children off with a bang. In middle jr and high school the progrmas start your child off on college knowledge that will last them for years

We have had been involved with this school since 1994, having had one child graduate and one currently enrolled. The mission of this school clearly is to advance the students by allowing them to fully utilize their abilities to benefit themselves, our community and, evenutally, our world. I appreciate that the school emphasizes the importance of not only academics, but also ethics, morals and Christian values. And while it is unrealistic to expect and presume the school always to be a utopia, TA has become an icon of a place where students are respected, encouraged and supported, allowing them to grow and flourish in a secure environment. TA has been and continues to be a positive influence in my children's lives. I am thankful that my family has the opportunity to be a part of the TA family.

The staff is wonderful and always very helpful! It is small enough that you know most everyone and the students get really close to each other. Very close knit school!

Tiftarea is a great school with great teachers! Not only do the kids have a wonderful education, they are taught in a Christian and family atmosphere. In this day and time, that means a lot! Also, it is great dropping my child off at school, and not having to worry. With Tiftarea being a small school, you have an advantage of building relationships with other kids, parents and teachers; therefore you know who your kids are playing with. Even though Tiftarea is a small school, they are top notch in education! I love Tiftarea, and couldn t be happier with my childs education!

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
