When visiting the school I am always trampled on by the kids. They just run into you like the have no sense. Staff fails to get back to your concerns or just ignores your concerns. I am also fully aware of the Bullying problem.

Well, The teachers are good but the school doesn't care about the kids in general. My friend recently moved from this school because she was bullied horrbily. No one did anything about it. I would not suggest this school whats so ever. The kids here are terrible and the staff doesnt do anything about it. some have to quit cause of the students.

This is a Title I school. They have special programs like Robotics, Music and Art and more. Children are taught at their own academic level, which means they have accelerated learning classes for those who are ahead of their peers. Last year they had only one accelerated class for 6th grade, this year my son is in 7th grade and 3 subjects are taught on accelerated level - they are currently studying 8th grade material. Teachers work closely with parents and always reply to emails, return phone calls. This school might just be the best middle school in Gwinnett at the moment. They work closely with law enforcement to prevent any crime-related activities and educate children on consequences to their actions.

Its ok; there are a lot of gangs and there are also a lot of bad influences. The teachers & principals are nice but I am not challenged there. Most kids don't care and that's why its not considered one of the best schools. It is a very easy school, expecially if you are in a regular class.

Over all I have been very happy with my daughter @ this school. This is her last year there . I just hope we can get our scores up. We have enjoyed our years with LRMS.
