Best Teachers and Great Attitudes! Great influence on my kid. They do put on my kid a BIG smile. Love that school!

I'm a Lakeside Middle kid. the school stinks. Many fights have started and kids in my child's grade (6) are getting sent to crossroads. Some of the teachers let them get away with it.

My two children loved this school, for the friendly atmosphere and the teacher's, I loved it because of the parental involvement incouraged by the teachers and adminstrators. It ranks as one of the best middle schools in the state and the feeding High School is in the Top 10 in the state of Ga. No other Columbia County High School can say that. In general the whole Columbia County school district are good schools.

Lakeside Middle is a great school. The teachers are wonderful and try hard to communicate with the parents through the daily planner and weekly newsletters. The staff is also open to suggestions made by the students. I am currently a student at Lakeside, and about four or five of the clubs at this school were started by interested students either this or last year. The teachers are very friendly, and sometimes seem more like friends than teachers! I am very proud to be going to an awesome school like this one.
