Heard Elementary School

i have one child left at HES and we love it. i also have one in HMS and my children have always loves Heard County Schools. They had to attend a Carroll Co. school for a shirt time because of relocation of our family and it was HORRIBLE we figured out real fast that we wanted our children in Heard co. only. the special needs teacher is AWSOME ! Could not ask for any better teachers thah we have at HES .

My kids came from Coweta County schools in 2007-I was concerned with the transition, however, I should not have been!! These are excellent schools with excellent teachers! I really enjoy this community-They are definitely for the kids in every aspect. Education and Extracurricular activities!

This is an amazing school my daughter started here and they have been nothing short of outstanding. They have a wonderful gifted program and the teachers are wonderful

I have been extremely pleased with Heard Elementary School. Recently rebuilt, the school itself is beautiful. Also, the teachers and staff are friendly, competent, and helpful. The after-school program offered at HES is wonderful, and offers such fun activities for students that they are more than willing to stay after-school when necessary. With great test scores, a wonderful environment, and people who really care about your child's education, Heard Elementary is the only elementary school in which I will enroll my child.
