I love Hamilton Elementary; both my children go there. The Pre-K program is fun and my daughter can't wait to go back to class every day. My son is a special needs student with severe allergies and Asperger Syndrome, which might seem daunting to a small country school. However, the entire school - pricipal, teachers, and staff - came together to make sure that my son received a great education in a nurturing enviroment. When they say that they consider all the students to be their kids too, they are telling the truth! It's a small school, but they do more than their best. If you are going to live in colquitt county, GA, try to settle in this school district

Hamilton is a great school. My two children went to school there and now my grandchildren are going to school there. I have three grandchildren going there now. One in Pre K, one in 1st grade and one in 3rd grade. On September 16th they had Grits for Grands so grandparents could eat breakfast with Pre K students. I enjoyed this and was glad for the time to be with my grandchild. A great thing to have. Thanks, Jenny Barwick

I like the school okay Most of the teachers are great but there are a few hamilton could do without. The learing critia is amazing and the fact that hamilton is equal to or better than a private school allows it to stand above the rest

Great school all the way around! The teachers and faculty are consumed with making sure that every child is given an equal opportunity at learning. I have two kids there, both with different challenges, and they have all worked together to help them along the way. A special Thanks to all involved in helping every child there in there own special way.Thank you from a 2nd and 4th graders parent. God bless you all

This school has been great! The smaller size allows the kids to feel comfortable and confident. The teachers are friendly and very hands on. There seems to be a great deal of parent involement as well. The principal goes out of her way to really know all of the students and parents.
