This is our first year at GBCS and it was the first time that our son was in an envirnment other than being at home with family. We LOVE the preschool program. You can tell that the staff loves our children and their job. We WILL be attending GBCS next year.

We have been a part of GBCS for ten years. The teachers and staff are caring and helpful. My child has always enjoyed school and is a well rounded strong christian. I am thankful to have this school as part of our lives. My child does very well in school and loves histroy, science, art, Bible, and drama classes. She is also offered free help classes twice a week to help with her least favorite subject. (math) We love our school!

My niece has attended Grace for three years, she is a straight A student. She academically out performs children at her grade level that attend other schools. This is my daughters first year and she loves it. The Abeka curriculum is one of the best programs out there. Her teacher is wonderful. The new elementary school Head Master and is administration is very much in control. They have responded to any questions or concerns professionally and courteously.

We have attended Grace for 2 years prior to this school year, I have since removed my children from here. The administration leaves much to be desired, quotes of policies and procedures from admin are usually quoted incorrectly. We were charged all kinds of fees and the children hadn't even started school yet. This is a school that cares about the income only and not the education or treatment of the students/parents. $$$$- NOT the "christian way" as they like to put it. The post from Sept 1 is dead on. What a disappointment this school has turned out to be.

Let me first clarify that I LOVE the daytime Preschool teachers and my rating is not reflective of their support. My rating goes to the administrative staff. The lack of communication and smug remarks burn me with fire! I am vexed by their inconsistent rules and lack for parent involvement. This shall be our last year at GBCS and we have been there for 2 yrs prior to current school year. I had my older child in the elementary school but paid the withdrawal fee and removed him within the first few months of school, b/c I refuse to pay and be treated as though I am just a number. My youngest is still at the preschool, but if things do not change, we will not be for long. There are many parents whom feel the same and GBCS has great potential, but not enough to take them over the top!

My daughter has attended since she was 18 months old. She is now in K-4. We love the christian instruction and high expectations set by the staff.

There are some issues with this school. I could not disagree more with the post from April 15th. The Elementary school principal just quit days before the school year ended only providing two days notice. There are numerous staff members including the High School Principal that are expected not to be back next year due in large part to administration issues. This school has the potential to be great, but they will need to do some serious house cleaning, and take a long hard look in the mirror.

I have had my child here since she was in the 4th grade. I love the great program they offer which is the ACE program This program has given my child the ability to improve her grades, take the stress out of peer pressure and she has greatly enjoyed going there and hopes to graduate from Grace.

This school started out as a great school. However, in the past three years the school has been on a steady decline. I have removed my children and would not recommend this school to anyone wanting a quality education for their children.
