If you want your to child to grow up arrogant, insulting and without respect for others, then this is the school for you. I have never seen such lack of respect for others especially with the atheletes. The belief here is they are better than the rest of the world and do not hestitate to show it. I was most embarrassed for them. I'm hoping God will show them the correct path.

I have two children who attend Mount Paran, and my husband and I could not be happier with the education they are receiving. They have really grown academically compared to their experience in the local public schools. Mount Paran has worked toward really improving and pushing the students academically in the last couple of years. The new headmaster is phenomenal and has a great vision for the future of the school. I am so glad we are able to be a part of this enriching experience!

Our child attended MPCS and has since changed to another Christian School. She was very ill prepared in mathmatics by MPCS. This A Average student had to get a tutor! This tutor as well as other tutors have told us that across the board they see that MPCS does not prepare kids, especially in math.

Our daughter has attended Pre-K (4) this year at Mt. Paran. We couldn't be happier! She has grown spiritually, academically, and socially. Her teachers are very supportive and push her when she needs pushing and love her when she needs loving. I look forward to many more years at Mt. Paran!

I have taught at MPCS for 15 years. My daughter attended MPCS from kindergarten through 12th grade and is currently in college to become an educator, due in part to the influence she received at MPCS. My son is soon to be a junior, having attended MPCS since K3. This private school offers a lot of professional-quality opportunities in sports, fine arts and academics to students of all ages. If the goal for your young person is to be well-rounded in the above three areas, Mt. Paran is the school you've been looking for. Coaches, directors and teachers work together to allow your child to experience all fields of interest. Check it out. Compare. You'll be glad you did.

We are so blessed to have found this phenomonal school and faculty to work with our children! Teachers, administrators and parents are totally supportive of the students. After attending a local public school for the first four years of school, we were unsure of the challenges our son would face. His teachers and fellow students have welcomed him with open arms, he receives support and encouragement in all areas of school. It is incredible! Our children receive praise and encouragement for all they do and their academic growth has been incredible! Even though our son entered the private school missing some key skills (not taught at the local public school), the teachers have 'filled-in the holes' discretely and moved forward with poise and praise! I could not recommend a better school!

An absolutely wonderful school! We are so blessed with a stunning campus, professional administrators, caring teachers, and involved parents. Truly a thriving, Christian environment. Traffic is a challenge - common private school headache. The planned Arts Center and completion of the ball fields will make this one of the preeminent private campuses in the Southeast.

This school is more like a college campus. The school is brand new and is now in Kennesaw where there campus is second to none, along with having their own 5 acre lake. The school attendance is around 850 now and the teachers are seasoned professionals and the school is very well run. The amenities for the children are second to none, from (2) gyms, work out rooms and a library and cafeteria that overlooks a lake. I am very pleased that my daughter, a 4th grader, was accepted. You must go though a couple of interview processes, having school and discipline records checked before acceptance. Even at that time the child is on a 60 day probation period. I would highly recommend this school.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
