My son has been attending this school since kindergarten and he is doing extremely well. I can't be happier with this school and all the staff. When I see my son smiling at the end of each day when he gets out I know he is in a safe place. They go above and beyond to make our children learn and love school. The only suggestion I would make is that they need to implement sports.

I cannot say enough great things about this school. Teachers truly care about their students and their education, the curriculum is excellent, wonderful principle, affordable tuition, and I know my daughter is safe here! If you choose this school you will not be disappointed.

This school is amazing!! Great value for your money. They staff is loving and very attentive to children. They love on them like they are their own. My son is learning at a fast pace while getting great attention with their child to teacher ratios. This is our second year here and we will definitely be coming back!

My children have been attending this school for 8 years and it has been a wonderful experience! My children have been blessed every year with teachers who love the Lord. The school population is small; therefore, the teachers get to know each student as an individual. The teachers and Principal offer many opportunities to allow our children to succeed in and out of the classroom. In addition, the Principal has incorporated new math and language curriculums which keep our children competitive. I highly recommend this school!

My family has had such a great reception from the school and their staff. Everyone has been very gracious and welcoming. We're excited that our children have the opportunity to go to here.

I have to say that my experience at this school has been fantastic. Everyone truly loves the students and it is noticable. It is something the school is know for. The academics here are excellent, and that is one of the reason's why we are here. A great school, great academics and a great value.

My children have been at FBCS for four years now and I know and trust the administration, teachers, and school families to provide them with a structured, God loving, and academically stellar environment. The small class sizes really allow the students an opportunity to excel or catch up depending on their learning curve. The teachers have always been receptive to my questions and always have open lines of communication. I always feel welcome in the school, the classroom, or anywhere I am at FBCS. The Lord and His ministry is certainly present at FBCS and each staff member I have had the pleasure to meet at the school are eager to share His love with you and your family.

This will be our 2nd yr @ First Baptist ., tried out the School because of the Christian atmosphere and the class size. However found that everyone who calls themselves christian .....are "by far not christian".. Giving it another year , keeping in mind that the class sizes are small and my girls will hear about the love of Jesus.Hopeful that my girls will be challenged academically , both are so advance maybe they will have the opportunity to "Soar" to the next level.

Three years ago, when I walked in this school I could feel the love for the students, teachers, and parents. Since then, the school has hired a new administration. The good teachers and the families who have been a staple at the school, are leaving in a mass exodus. No longer are the students', parents', or teachers' needs put first. It is all about the bottom line. The school is not clean, there are un-qualified teachers in the specials classes, and the academics are not as strong as they once were. It is sad to see what the new administration is doing to what once was a great school.

The new administration is terrible. The school is not cleaned on a regular basis, teachers and staff are leaving (in high numbers) and not being replaced. Specials are being taught by unqualified parents. Budget is the bottom line not students or a loving Christian environment. Would NOT recommend this school!!!

Unfortunately, the new administration is failing the school. The school is not cleaned on a regular basis. The curriculum desperately needs to be updated, and the teachers there are not qualified.

FBCS is a excellent school. I have 2 boys that attend and they love their school and have scored in the 90 percentile in SAT testing. It is an enriching spiritual environment which creates a great foundation for learning. Their is a new Principal who has made many improvements to the curriculum. We have Science Fairs, 2 days a week Phys ED, Music, Outdoor Living, Spanish, Computer and other fun and educational electives. I cannot say enough about their phonics reading program, it has been wonderful. We are not members of the Church or Baptist but we are completely accepted.

This is school is awesome. They have so many specials that public schools do not offer or may have taken away. They also offer a large variety of electives for the students. I love that my elementary child gets to choose an elective on his own. The Bible curriculum is great, and they teach a Biblical-worldview. This school is really the best value in terms of affordability for quality Christian education. They also have a new principal this year.

I can't say enough wonderful things about FBCS. I have had two children attend this school, and it has been an amazing experience. The Christian curriculum is awesome, the teachers are loving and caring. The smaller environment allowed them to gain confidence and prepared them academically and socially for middle school. To answer a negative comment posted here, only 4 of the 15 teachers at FBCS attend KFBC. The staff is always friendly and welcoming to parents who are willing to help. We have a parent teacher fellowship organization, and the school is always asking for parental help with school and special events, chaperones for field trips, and special projects within the classroom. Please don't let one disgruntled parent turn you away from this awesome school. Come by yourself and take a tour. You won't regret it.

My son attends this school and I can't tell you what a blessing it has been for our family. He knows he is loved by his teacher and all of the staff. He can't wait to get to school every day and he has learned so much more here than he did in public school. There is such a family environment at this school and the staff is so welcoming to parents. I thank the Lord everyday for this wonderful school!

After a long search I choose FBCS for my 18-24 month program and was so nervous. I will have to tell you it was the best experience for all of us. My son's teachers were amazing! We all loved them. They kept me very informed on all activities and the day to day items with my son. My son would come home singing new songs, new spanish word, counting and naming his colors. I will have to say that the parents are cliche but this is my first experience so this could be any school. It is the summer now and he still asks for his teachers and wants to go to school. I would definately recommend this school.

Kennesaw First Baptist Christian School is among the best! I have two children and care very much about their education and a their being a part of a strong Christian learning environment. I researched all the schools in this area and continue to research and talk to other parents about the quality of schools in this area. We even considered moving but once I found First Baptist Christian School we found moving to be unneccessary. My children have attended FBCS for the last 3 years. I do not attend Kennesaw First Baptist church and I have been 'room mom' for two years. I was welcomed with open arms and a Christian loving spirit by the principal Nancy Thompson and all the staff. I think you sincerely, with a mind of Christ, have to want to be involved in your child's education. Parents and teachers need to be on the same team.

This school is alright for parents who wish their kids to have a mediocre elementary education experience. Many events in the past have been sorely disorganized. Most of the teachers attend the church that the school is located in and are extremely cliquish, and if you or your child don;t, you can kiss your hopes of becoming an active parent within the school goodbye as you will be met with hostility and rudeness. However, there are at least two good teachers who really care, and the curriculum is strong (it is ABEKA).

My son is attending K-5 this year and loves it. He has learned so much in such a short period of time. The school is very clean, very well supplied, has a list of great teachers that love children, and the security is good. I have been very pleased with the school to this point.

Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
