I have a few words concerning this school. They have many teachers who care & are very kind. When it comes too the "Teacher Assistant",for example, one teacher "Mrs. L+++". Who are not fair with there teaching practices. Also, who have there "favorite" children. A teacher who likes bad mouthing about other teachers to the students.Who simply should either IMPROVE on her skills or find another job career.

I have a few words concerning this school. They have many teachers who care & are very kind. When it comes to the "Teacher Assistants", for example one teacher, Mrs. L+++. Who are, NOT fair, with there teaching practices!! Also, who have "favorite" children. A teacher assistant who, likes to bad mouth other teachers in front of the students. Who doesnt take the time to listen . Teachers like this should either improve on their skills or find another career. As for the new Assistant Principal, please ,calm yourself down !!

LPE is a fantastic school! Our son has Asperger's and we were concerned about how he would do in public school. He just finished his first year of kindergarten and loved it! He has thrived and excelled! The teachers are very attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and approachable. Classrooms are equipped with smartboards and computers. They encourage parental involvement and have an active PTO. The principal is also a wonderful resource. If you are looking to move into the area, I strongly suggest this school!!

LPE is one of the finest schools I have ever encountered. We have 3 children who are attending this school. All 3 are excelling, even though each has a learning disability of some sort. The teachers are approachable, attentive, and skilled. The school is currently under renovation and should be completed in 1 year. Music, art, and P.E. are part of the regular curriculum. If you want your child in the string program, you will have to take him/her to VSU. There is a garden club and bookbuddies program. Parental involement is very high. It supplements what the state can't provide. There is a very active PTO, which fundraises year round. Any child attending this school is very fortunate
