I have two children that have gone to this school for the last year, and the remarkable teachers they have at the school have ignited a passion for learning in my children. Our third child has been enrolled for this coming year, because of the great care they have taken with my other children. The quality of education, field trips and extra learning opportunities, and care for their spiritual beings, has been a magic combination that has made these parents happier than you could know!

This is our first year at Parkview. We have been so pleased. The application process itself made us feel comfortable. We knew that our child would be in school with kids whose family have similar values. The small classes have been great. He gets the one on one time that every child deserves. We love this school

PCS is an outstanding school with a focus on creating life-long learners and not just 'test-takers'. The curriculum is rich and exposes your child to wonderful literature. The teachers are dedicated and truly know your child and his/her personality and learning style.

This is a Covenant Christian School, designed with small class size for children of committed, Christian parents. Curriculum is modeled on the philosophy of Charlotte Mason, an educator from England who lived in the late 1800's. We love this school for our child, who is thriving in an atmosphere that generates a joy in learning. Instead of teaching to pass the Iowa test, children are encouraged to experience a wealth of knowledge for themselves.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
