Bits and Bytes Academy offers parents the best education at an affordable price. My child is a former student only because the school does not extend to middle and high school. The teachers, staff and owners are awesome people who put kids and their education first. Students consistently rank in the 90th percentile on national standardized test and excel at other schools after graduating from BNB. I recommend everyone to this school. It is also worth noting that parents who withdraw their children for whatever reason often return to BNB.
This will be my son's 8th year in attendance at Bits and Bytes Academy. He has constantly scored in the top 2 percentile on National Standardized Tests. B&B has something unique in their multigrade classroom. A multigrade class approach allows your child to truly grasp, know, and apply concepts in class. When a subject is presented it allows the younger student to be introduced and get additional knowledge from what the older students have learned. It also serves as a refresher for older students if any knowledge has been temporarily forgotten from years past. By the information being continuously presented and built upon the child leaves the class with true knowledge, understanding, and comprehension of the subject matter. This is by far the best value in education.
This is an excellent school with extremely rigorous academics. There is a lot of homework and testing, but it pays off. My child attended Bits & Bytes for several years and we had a great experience. Our expectations were surpassed as our child performed in the 98 and 99 percentile on the IOWA test. At first we were unsure about the multigrade class, but after our child's performance, we were very pleased. The teachers have high expectations and standards for the children. The owner puts her money where her mouth is, when it comes to expectations, as her son attended Harvard University (I think he graduated magna cum laude) and is now at Stanford Medical School. Isn't that what education should be? Check it out!
My child attended this school from age 2-4. Initially, I was impressed with the staff and family-like atmosphere and overlooked certain flaws within the school. When I addressed a concern with the owner, I was greeted with an unprofessional response. It was a difficult decision to leave because my child loved the teacher but in the end, the owner's lack of professionalism drove us to find another school for our child..
This is an very excellent school. The staff and the parents are great I would highly recommend this school to anyone who wants their child to succeed. If you want your children to learn in a nurturing environment then this is the school for you. The hardest part for me was pulling my kids out because of our relocation and I'm having a hard time trying to find a school that can come close to Bits and Bytes. My family and I will always love the staff and students at Bits and Bytes.
I fell in love with the school because I was so impressed with the tour, the students, and the owner. My daughter began at 2 years old and it was not a good experience for her because her teacher, although new to Bits & Bytes, was very unprofessional. When I finally brought it to the attention of the owner, I did not feel I received the support I should have and we moved our daughter.
Bits and Bytes is an excellent private school. My daughter started at 2 1/2 years old, and was reading at 3. She is an awesome reader and a great problem solver.
Great school. Because of Bits & Bytes, my 3 years is able to compete intellectually against his 5 year old cousin. The family is very impressed.
Be careful with this school. Our niece was kicked out of this school. Teachers are great though. But administration and owners need an overhaul.
This school is second to none! My son attended this school from 2 years old until he completed the 5th grade and people are amazed at how he speaks and how advanced he is. After leaving Bits and Bytes my son attended one of the best schools in Atlanta and he has made straight A's almost effortlessly. I would recommend this school to anyone that understands what it means to prepare your child for the future. My son is completely prepared, my only bad comment is that the school stops at the 5th grade!
