I attended children for Christ as a young child at the age of 3 and 4 what I learned at such a small age a took with me all the way through my senior high school. I was taught penmenship, discipline, study skills, and learned about God. I knew how to spell my entire name and write it in cursive before age 5. This is an awesome school and is one of the best places to get a Rick solid foundation for your child

Children for Christ Academy is one of the best elementary school options in Lithonia. I currently have 3 daughters attending this fine institution and could not be more pleased with the nurturing and effective learning environment CFCA provides. My family has been a part of the CFCA family since 2011 and there has never been an issue. The teachers, administration, and staff really care about each and every child and work tirelessly with parents to ensure that the kids thrive academically, emotionally, and spiritually. Mrs. Murchison has done an excellent job of selecting and keeping great teachers, especially the PreK teacher, Ms. A. They provide so much for a small school and still maintain a reasonable tuition that has not been significantly increased since we first started. I really wish the school could expand through 8th grade because I am not looking forward to transitioning my girls to much lesser schools in the area or possibly relocating for good middle and high school options. All in all, we are so grateful to Children for Christ Academy for giving our girls such a great start and leaving an impression on them that makes them love school.

I am a parent of a child with a late birthday and with the crazy new laws, since my sons birthday is 19 days past the deadline it has been stressful and such a headache trying to get him in a school with kids his age n not a age under because of his birthday. Mrs Odom was very helpful and attentive to all my questions as a concerned a terrified mother who does not like the idea of daycare. Mrs A is my sons teacher and I can not thank her enough. It's been two weeks and my son is slowly but surely catching up. Its heartwarming to see you're child do things like write his full name and count to 100 in a weeks time. I'm forever grateful.

My child went to this school from preschool tI the 5th grade. Simply said, this is a great school. I love the openest. When I say open, I mean open. Never had any problems. I spent a lot of volunteer time there. The only downside is that not enough parents volunteer. The school is open to new ideas. And the teachers are committed to taking the best care of your child.

My family has been with CFC since 2005. I took them out for 1 year to try public school and needless to say they are back at CFC. The teacher student ratio is great, the teachers actually care, the staff is great. In almost 8 years and 3 kids I have NEVER had an issue. My two oldest children were reading well before the age of 5.

My son has attended CFCA since he was in Pre-K. He's is now in the 4th grade and & am pulling him out because there is an ongoing issue with the administration not addressing bullying & teasing issues involving their non-student after-school attendees AND the teachers.I have had my fill of CFCA & will not recommend it to anyone until they properly deal with these issues.

This is a wonderful school. My son has been here a year and has been doing well. The staff are friendly and actually do well with the kids. I like that they always have activities for the kids and involve parental involvement. I am happy with Children for Christ Academy and would quickly recommend to another parent.

CFCA is an excellent learning institution. My son has been with CFCA since he was 2 years old and will be entering the 4th grade. He has excelled academically, socially and spiritually. Thank you for all you do.

This is a quality school, with excellent instructors, the lower grades have an excellent student teacher ratio but still enough students to allow for friendships and cameraderie..The higher grades tend to have fewer students (3 - 5) but the teachers still do an excellent job making sure the students are social and well rounded.. I have two kids that have attended, and a third that will be entering their prek program this year. I highly reccommend them

My daughter has attended this school since she was 2 years old. She is now five and excelling academically on all levels. This school is truly a great school. From the director on down to the teachers, they are very personable and all have the best interest of the child at heart. I would recommend this school to all parents that want their child to learn and to also be spiritually fed.

My son has attended this school since he was 1, he is now 4. I love the school, I would not change him for nothing in the world unless I really had to. He love the teachers and especially the director, Ms. Thornton. I can say my son has learned alot from his teacher. The staff love the kids and they are very concerned about their well being.

This is an excellent school. My child has been their for two years, and I am well please with the acedemic program and the staff. I am an educator myself, and I would not have my child anywhere else.
