Unlike many schools Miller is by far one of the best. With the new leader Dr. Flagg, The school as improved so much. Dr. Flagg and the 2 other admins, office staff, teachers, and everything else has made this school a true place to learn. The staff and teachers are very nice and are always ready to help. Miller has recently brought some new technology such as some Netbooks for lab, with those and the teacher technology carts, students are more in to lessons. Miller's Fine Arts department is just amazing, these students are enjoying what they do best. Miller Fine Arts Magnet Middle School is the best school any child could go to. Dr. Kilcrease, Dr. Flagg, Dr. Jones and Mr. Smith is/ has been doing a great job with the school. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! [ And by the way the phone number is 478-779-4050 and the New fax is on the website. And to add alot of the teachers keep updates on there personal websites for students and parents.]

Bleh what can you expect out of a Bibb co. public school? Maybe the teachers and faculty should pay more attention to their students- just maybe- and it'd have been a much better experience. Especially when Kilcrease was there.

MILLER MAGNET IS NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO BE A GOOD MAGNET SCHOOL AS VINEVILLE ACADEMY. THE STAFF THERE ARE NOT FRIENDLY AND SEEM TO BE RACIALLY BIASE. I HAVE CALLED AND WRITTEN SEVERAL TIMES TO MY CHILD'S TEACHER AND NOT ONCE GOT A REPLY. I THINK THE SCHOOL COULD USE A GOOD CLEAN OUT AND DO SOME REHIRING OF CARING TEACHERS AND STAFF. A FEW BAD APPLES HAVE RUINED THAT SCHOOL. NEW FOLKS MAY GIVE A NEW HEART BEAT,..

Miller is an ok school. It's a public school in with overworked staff and everpressing budget cuts. My child reports even the curriculum/staff is racially biased quite frequently. He is considered an unwelcome outsider to many of the other students/staff in the racial majority. The SpEd dept is probably the best for Middle Schools in our county though..but budget cuts are taking their toll as well.

Miller is a descent school, but it can use much improvement about the quality care and skills of the principal and very much so about the teachers as well concerning the well-being of the students. Everyone including the office staff can stand to improve on their professionalism much more also.

Miller is a great school. I went to Miller from the 6th grade to the 7th grade and all the time I been there I have only experienced great things at Miller. Mr. Jones is a great principal and so are the teachers and staff members. I don't care what others have to say about Miller because I know Miller is a great school. I'm still attending Miller at this time so after I finish the 7th grade I'm going to go to the 8th grade then I graduate. But, while I'm here I will defend my school no matter what happens. I love this school and the connections. I am on the the dance team and we enjoy performing and representing our school.

Miller Middle school is the best school in town. It is a school that is known to actually take you places. Carrie Preston went to Miller and she is a big star. The fine arts are okay but I really love dance. Ms. Gallemore... the new dance teacher is doing a fantastic job! She even has her own studio downtown. The food isn't as good as it was before we got the lunch folks from Central. the cookies are good though.

well, i went to miller middle school from 7th to 8th grade. Coming from a former student miller is awesome. Some things that happen are handled un-proffesional but, for the most part Miller is a great school. the fine arts are okay except for dance; dance is awesome. If you are planning to sign your child up, sign him/her up for dance:) Pilar Wilder is the best teacher! I can't really comment on the regular classes because i was in the gifted program which was excellent. Mr. Banks is the best teacher ever! :)

I recently moved to GA from Texas and my son is attending Miller Middle School. This is my first experience in dealing with school faculity including principal who are unprofessional and who conduct themselves as uneducated individuals. Think first before you allow your child to attend this school. Or take a drive to the school and speak to the staff and you will understand what I am talking about. Every teacher and staff member need to be fired and never allowed to work in the education field again. And good luck at speaking to someone from the Bibb County Board of Education. They never seem to return calls. Now I understand why there are so many private schools in this area. And they question why the students are not passing state exams. The teachers probably couldn't pass the exams if they had to.
