I have 2 children who have attended Mtn. View for a few years. Though we have changed principals a few times, the teachers have maintained a high quality of education. They have high expectations for the students. I would like to see more parental support and involvment to cut down on the discipline issues. We have been blessed with outstanding teachers such has Mrs. Underwood, Ms. Montgomery, and Mrs. Brown. They really have worked with my students, held them to high standards, and challenged them. My hats off to Mountain View.

Mountain View Elementary is a wonderful school, beginning with the staff all the way through the learning environment. Everyone seems to really care about the kids and their families. The teachers are organized and on track with the LFS program. Learning in the classroom is fun, but hands on for learning. Music, Art, Computer, and all academics are made available for all. Wonderful World!

The quality of academics is high, the enrichment programs are geared toward student success. In most areas the amonut of parent invovlment is good.I feel there should be more extracurricular programs such as sports and maybe a dance team.
