Toured the school and talked to a few of the parents but ended up going a different path. The curriculum didnt seem strong, we found another Montessori that taught a lot more including music, technology and math. I was skeptical of the overly flowing reviews, parents do your homework with this place.
I can't say enough good things about Casa. My older child has been there for three years, my younger for two, and it has been an exceptional experience. The teachers and staff truly care about each and every child, from their emotional well-being to their academics. It is a true Montessori school and they are dedicated to following the principles of Maria Montessori. The extra activities they do, like Italy Day and Asia Day, are so much fun and the children learn so much. It is not cheap, but no real Montessori school is, unfortunately. I have found tuition to be in line with other private schools in the area.
Our school has been called "the best kept secret in Marietta." The teachers are the most dedicated Montessorians that you could ask for. Every staff member would not even think of working at any other school - a great place to work and a great place to educate your children.
Over priced and tend to have an elitist attitude. I would recommend parents first look around first before deciding to go here. The owner is great but a lot of the staff tend to have a chip on their shoulders. Problem is, you tend to deal more with the staff.
I AM LOGAN ANDERSON"S GRANDMOTHER .. logan's grandfather AND I VISITED YOUR SCHOOL MANY TIMES WITH LOGAN for many different occasions and enjoyed it so much.. AND LOGAN WAS SO HAPPY IN YOUR SCHOOL AND NOW HE IS 23 YEARS OLD eulamae anderson
I couldn't be happier with Casa Montessori School. The school is a gem and frankly, the best kept secret in Atlanta. Strong academics in a smaller schoolhouse atmosphere makes an incredible combo for learning. They've been around 35 years and children are consistently happy and excelling in all areas of life.
