I just graduated from Mount Bethel and it was amazing!!! The kids and staff are so great. I was a new kid in 1st grade and everyone was so nice and excepted me as an individual. Teachers are very good at making sure the kids do well. For example, my friend and I were having trouble with math. My teacher let us stay after class for a little while and gave us both individual attention on what we were having trouble with. Mount Bethel is amazing!!!!

The teacher to student ratios are too high. Simply put, not enough attention on the students as the teachers are overwhelmed. If there are disruptive children in the class, which is the case in our son's kindergarden class, then everyone suffers.

We moved to GA from abroad, and chose Mt Bethel after reviewing and touring all the schools in the East Cobb area. And what a great choice we made - our daughter adores school, has been exposed to so many opportunities and activities, and is achieving well beyond our (high) expectations. We simply couldn't be happier.

The teachers are terrific ensuring each kid performs very well. The kids tell you they are excited to be at school in each grade level. There are tons of extracurricular activities for kids to patcipate before school and during ASP e, unicycling, gymnastics, spanish chess ethics. Parents are involved in school activities and principal is excellent. My kids love the school.

My 3 children are constantly motivated and challenged by the wonderful teachers at Mt Bethel. There is lots of parent involvement, sometimes too much. Target program needs to be overhauled. Overall, high standard of academics and terrific exposure to the arts. Good selection of after school enrichment opportunities. Happy to have my children enrolled at Mt. Bethel.

Mt. Bethel is an outstanding elementary school. The parent/teacher involvment in each students progress is second to none. The additional programs funded by the PTA and the Foundation are excellent and extremely enriching. I would never send my children to a private school when they have access to such a first class public elementary as Mt. Bethel.

Mount Bethel is the best! I truly believe my children are attending one of the greatest schools in the country. We moved here from CA and carefully chose the area we wanted to reside by the quality of the schools. Everyone at Mount Bethel is committed to an exceptional standard of learning. They want all children to be success stories and they do everything possible to make it happen. Not only is academic achievement a priority, but Mount Bethel also recognizes and rewards children monthly for exhibiting outstanding character traits. My children are very happy there and are challenged and encouraged to do their best. We feel so fortunate that our children will benefit for a lifetime from the education they are receiving at Mount Bethel.

My son has attended two other elementary schools, one of which was also considered a school of 'national distinction.' While his experiences at both of these places were certainly positive, the teachers, staff, and parents at Mt. Bethel have provided the ultimate in a nurturing educational environment. In truth, sometimes I think public schools lower the bar in frustration for kids who aren't achieving. In contrast, Mt. Bethel keeps the bar high and gives students the skills they will need to still leap right over it. I'd put my son's education at Mt. Bethel up against any private academy in Atlanta.

Quality education is a prority for us and for all the families at Mt. Bethel. The parents and kids are energetic and commited to high standards. We chose Mt. Bethel Elementary as the best school for the children three years ago. We were moving across the country, leaving behind friends and a very exclusive private prep school in Los Angeles. But we found the right school. Mt. Bethel Elementary. We have not been disappointed.
