I am currently attending Union Grove High as a Freshman. The school as far as academics is good but when it comes to problems with teachers the counselors tend to get defensive and not look at the situation from the students point of view. Union Grove isn't all that and if i had known the school would be the way it was i would have asked to go somewhere else. I plan to transfer to a different school for the last 3 years of high school.

Union Grove High School is an excellence school. It is in the top 5% in the nation according to Newsweek magazine. The teachers are fantastic and have a wonderful relationship with the students. They make their subjects interesting and challenging. The honors classes and advanced placement classes are a worthy challenge for any student who wants to learn and reach high for their future. The principal, counselors and staff are always available for students and parents. This school is a '10' with 5 stars.

I like Union Grove because we're one of the best schools in the state. We have a great sports team whether in football track, cross country, volleyball, and basketball. And not to mention, Union Grove High school has been in Newsweek Magazines Top 5% of AMERICA'S high schools, not just Georgia. We just have a great overall school.

Union Grove is great because it is probably one of the most well rounded high schools in Henry County. They are committed to excellence academically as well as through their athletic progams, down to the clubs offered at the school. GO UGHS!

While there is still entirely too much focus, money and efforts being spent on the athletic department and not enough on the fine arts, the academics at UGHS are hard to beat. The education I received is top notch, and now that I am in college with people from private schools and boarding schools alike, I can see that my education was equal to theirs, if not better.

Everyone is competitive on an educational level. All of the teachers, and even the students are so helpful when someone needs it. Union Grove never strays from working towards being the best.

The teachers that my son has this year (9th grade) are some of the best and really have a passion for what they do. I am so grateful that they will and are a part of his High School years. I just wish others took the job they had with a life passion as these teachers have expressed.
