Steer clear of the ROTC military course at ola High School. They are treating CHILDREN like ADULTS IN MILITARY and punishing student by stipping their rank down to nothing instead of teaching the right way things should of been handled. Especially since this CHILD has taught, won and donated so many things to the ROTC progream. Be careful this program can crush dreams.

I have not been made aware by my sons that they been called the "N" word but I would definitely say that the Ola school district is one of great racism and favoritism. I would definitely agree that the majority of the people in the Ola area definitely fit in the IGNORANT category. It is such a disappointment that in 2012 this type of behavior still exists when you are trying to raise your child(ren) to treat others equally without regard to their skin color.

I think Ola is very much an inclusive school and has many activities to get involved in. Great Fine Arts and Sports programs. The school is constantly alive and buzzing with activities for the students and community/parental involvement. Strong Principal leadership.

Please check for yourself... Very conserve... Not friendly to certain types of people. I'm sure to tell you who loves this school. It's always good to observe and take notes.

My boys are new to Ola High School and have had an easy transition. They love the school! The teachers and the administration have been great for the students and very imformative for the parents too.

When you say administrators are not quality, what examples can you give. It seems unfair to say things that are that strong without more proof or detail. What school/s are entirely perfect anyway?

Are you kidding?? OHS Administration is the best in the county. They do all they can for all students. I love working here. All of the teacher respect the Administration 100%. The kids love coming in our building everyday because they know the staff cares about them.

Our child has been at OHS for two years and it has been the worst two years of school thus far. The administrators are not quality leaders and has made this high school a big disappointment. It is sad that even the teachers don't respect them. And this year they have started a block schedule without contacting parents regarding any changes or decisions. Very upsetting how this school is run. Wish we could move but in this economy, no one can.

I just graduated from Ola High School, here in 2009. The Ola High School staff has been nothing but great to me. I messed up, early in my highschool career. I was so far behind. My teachers often went out of their own way, to assist me with guidence both in and out of school. The Ag-Science program there was top notch and a big part of why I am who I am today. A changed person who is now on track for college. Thank you.
