I really dislike this school. It is very unorganized and the rules only apply to certain students. Teachers and Staff arent very fair.

The school has a great enviroment. It is full of life and there are many clubs and activities the students can get invloved in. Every school has its ups and downs, and this high school has many ups.

This school has never given me any reason to worry about if my daughter is getting the right education. The broad range of classes a student can take is phenominal.

Being in the military both my husband and I, we have seen alot regarding schools, Newnan High has to be the worst school I have come across. The campus is huge, alot of students, it takes a map to get around the students, they do not give the students enough time to get from one part of the campus to the other along with going to the locker, if a student needs to go to the restroom, they won't let them, because it is after lunch, the list goes on. The food at the school is old, greasy and they run out. Some one really needs to take a good look at what these students put up with.

I have moved all over the country and out of all the schools that I have been to Newnan High is the best. Students feel safe at Newnan even though it is a big campus. If you need help any teacher is willing to help at any moment in time. I'm proud to say that I attened Newnan High School and that I am a cougar! Go Newnan!

Newnan High School is a very large school and growing. This past school year, I have failed to get returned phone calls from Teachers. There are no guidelines for the students, as far as being able to leave the campus when they want to. Think before you move into this school district!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We used to live in SW Florida, and Newnan High has been a refreshing change to the standards in FL. My daughter has learned more in a year at Newnan High than she did in three years at her FL school.

Posted May 3, 2006

The education level of Newnan High is extremely elevated and works with students who need help to get further in their education. There is a diversity of teachers who are overly qualified and go out of their way to help their students stay motivated. The principal, Dr. Steve Barker, is a very strong Christian leader, and it makes me feel good knowing he's in charge.

Newnan High School had more to offer my children than any of the other schools in the area. It is the most diverse, which is important to my husband and I because we strongly believe in raising our children to respect all people whether they are like you or not. The faculty is above normal with teachers teaching there who went to Newnan themselves. It is located in the heart of the community and this shows in parental support.

This school is a really good except for the fact that they are more strict on some students then they are others. But,like I mentioned before its a real good school andDr. Barker does a good job as principal.

Finally the administration here is good! However, there are serious problems in this school system that need dealing with. The school board and the superintendent's office need serious investigation.
