My two children love Elm Street School! Parent support is excellent. The principal and teachers are outstanding and it is great to see their connection to the Newnan community outside of school. They really make Elm Street feel like the small town school I attended when I was a young child. Keep up the good work Mrs. Hildibrand.

This school has a lot of spirit, but when my daughter and her teacher didn'tsee eye to eye there was a lot of problems and the principal was hesitant to do anything about it. Even after several conferences with the teacher, and the counselor. We eventually moved to get our daughter a new teacher.

My son attends Elm St and we love it! It's nestled in a quiet little neighborhood. Since it's in such a quaint residential area, a lot of parents walk home with their kids after school. The staff is like one big family. I've had several of them tell me that this school is the best they've ever worked at. The teachers are great! They always have an open door for you to be involved in their classes. They have a great gifted program called REACH. And an Accelerated Reader program in the Media Center. They have a basic music class and a chorus. A great art class and PE. A computer lab and a great program to teach English to Spanish speaking parents and students in the community. The principal knows nearly every student and parent by name. It's just the best school around!

My son is in kindergarten at this school and he loves it! He has a wonderful teacher and I have found the staff there to be friendly and available to parents. You can't go wrong at this school!

My child has gone to Elm Street for 2 years and has had a great experience. Lots of parent involvement. Teachers in my child's classes have had discipline under control and are very organized. We love Elm Street. Lot's of very nice families. The principal is new this year and they had a new principal last year. The assistant principal has been constant for at least 3 years and is very nice and attentive.
