Odyssey School

My daughter has enjoyed going to Odyssey, it has been a wonderful experience. The staff has been wonderful and approachable as well as the Director. Parents are encouraged to be involved in the school community. Odyssey school has a wonderful PTO that has enhanced the school greatly. Keep up the good work Odyssey!

The director can not tell the truth, and he like to change his story. Some of the teachers are fine, but the majority should not be teaching. Some of the TAs like to talk down to the students. The school can't even follow their own charter, and keep changing how things are to ran. My kids are now performing much better in a regular public school, scoring much better on the CRTC, then they did at Odyssey. Leaving Odyssey three years ago was the best thing I dd for my kids.

Moving our son to Odyssey three years ago was one of the best decisions we have ever made. He is challenged academically, and he also is able to get the extra help if he needs it. The teachers use more nontraditional methods of teaching, which has worked very well with different groups of students. They have an excellent extracurricular program. They offer things such as Reading Bowl, Storytellers Guild, Academic Bowl, and of course athletic teams. There are so many options. I would definitely suggest everyone take a look at Odyssey Charter School in Newnan, GA!
