My son is in his firs year at this school . He and I both are extremely happy with the teachers, staff, principal, and how we are treated at functions. This school is why we love our little town and the sense of security it gives us.

Not the greatest school, I find the teachers and staff to be lacking.

The school as it stands now, is good. unfortunately it is currently being threatened by the possibility of merging with one of the worst school districts in Georgia, Walton County. SCES pursues greatness for all of its students and utilizes every possible means of funds, resources, parents and volunteers to ensure student achievement. I appreciate that.

Both of my children have attended this school and overall the rating is 'o.k'; the current staff has not changed in 5 years and they need fresh faces and ideas at the school. There is a lack of consistency; the biggest problem is no communication with parents which results in no parent participation and no support. My children had some wonderful teachers at the elementary school but they also had some not so wonderful teachers.
