My child has attended this school for four years. It offers a wonderful, classical education. Some negative posts to this website are unfortunate. The school is excellent and I wouldn't think of having my child anywhere else. The total Pre-K to 8th grade program offers quality education in a loving, Christian environment. CCA is a great school!

This is my child's 1st year to attend CCA. I heard some negative comments before we enrolled her but we liked what we saw when we visited the schools open house. We have had a great experience with this school .The teachers are great and willing to work with students and parents so that the child's needs are met. The homework is not more than my child can handle. They decided mid year to reduce homework on Wednesdays and weekends which was a great help. I would definetly recommend this school.

I will admit that CA has a good lower school but they have no idea in how to run a high school. I have attended this school and was miserable from the second day i got there.I was referred from a good friend that it was a great school but once I got there i clearly saw that the school had some crazy ideas about education. I would have 5-7 hours of homework every night and had no time to spend with my family. The teachers did not teach anything. You were expected to do the work, discuss it, and then be tested on it all the time. Every week was overwhelmed with way too many tests and quizzes. When you are going to a 'Christian' school and they give you so much homework and other reasponsibilities that you dont even have time to attend church there is something wrong.

Not sure about this school. Since my child started I've had many parents come out and say what a bad experience they've had. I'm very affraid that I've made the wrong decision to keep him there. Now, we are having to make follow up calls to get advise from everyone we are referred to. If you are interested in this school, be sure you ask around first. The posts from Feb. 21, 08, and Sept. 28, 07 sound almost word for word what the headmaster told us.

Not a good experience. Advertised as non-denomination, but is very Presbyterian. Not much to offer in activities, sports, or social opportunities. Good academics, but not much else. Not a good place for children with learning disabilities or gifted children in our experience. Our children went back to public schools after three years for a more well-rounded and happier education.

My child was not being challenged in the public school. Like most of her classmates, she was a straight A student without even trying. Public chool was boring to her. At Covenant Christian Academy, she is soaring! She loves to learn and she loves being in an environment that is intentional about teaching the love of Jesus Christ every day. Every Christian parent should check out classical Christian education for their child. We love Covenant Christian Academy!

This is a great multi-denominational School. They teach using the Classical Christian, Trivium system. it is wonderful, the children remember so much. They specialize in ancient history, Bible, Latin, a fantastic Phonics and grammar program, etc. Small classroom size 5 to 10 students. My child loves it ,enjoys learning the different subjects that she needed, to excel greatly.
