I have been going to this school for about 4 years. It is a wonderful school! I could not be going to one better. I highly reccomend this school!

St. Michael's is a wonderful school, with very strong leadership and dedicated teachers. Parents should be aware that the school is distinctively Roman Catholic, which may attract some and discourage others. Although I have not seen any evidence of undue pressure on students, attendance at mass and participation in Catholic prayers is mandatory. As a ministry of the Roman Catholic Church, St. Michael's is certainly well within its rights to have these requiremeents, and faculty and staff are very open about the requirements. The school is sound academically, and would be a great choice for local Roman Catholic families. The teachers and staff are supportive, professional, and approachable. They are great folks. As evangelical Protestants, however, we have been and continue to be somewhat concerned about the effect of the difference between some of what our sons are learning at St. Michael's and what we teach them at home.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
