We love this school! We have two children attending school there now and have been in the school for 4 years now. We could not be happier with the school. The teachers take time out to get to know not only the children in their classes but other children in the school. Multiple times I have had a teacher that my student has not had come up to me and give me positive comments about my child. Shows that they really care! This school also has some excellent programs in place such as Wildcat Blocks which give the students an opportunity to get to know other teachers in their grade, do special projects and work with other students on a similar skill level. We would recommend this school to any parent looking for a positive start to elementary school for their child.

This school lacks leadership, the people in the office are really rude they also allow bullying without any punishment the way it was told to me we will decide if your child is being bullied being choked is bulling anyway you look at it . I removed my child for her safety.

I have children who attended VRE for the past two years and overall I am pleased with the school. For a newcomer the PTSO may seem 'clique-ish' however there are plenty other opportunities to become involved with the school. The administration has been very responsive to any concerns we had and the teachers that I have come in contact with seem to have a genuine love for what they do. Safety is a priority at the school and I feel secure when my children are there.

This school is one of the worse. The teachers are lacking education. The principal is scared of the students and parents. Bullying is permitted and nothing is done about it. Steer clear of this school. The school is also very racist.

This is THE best school ever. The level of parent involvement is wonderful. The academic programs exceed my expectations. The availability of music, art, and physical education, infact you MUST take them. Too bad it only goes to 5th grade I wish it went to 12th grade. The library is simply splendid.
