I was a student there in 1970- 1974. We had great teachers and an advanced education plan at the time. We planted a garden of vegetables. Had a Junior Olympics program. We had astronauts come to the school. This is a great school with a long past in higher education.

I love the fact that Linwood has some of the hardest working faculty and staff that I have ever seen. They ensure that the students are always engaged and learning multiple strategies so that they understand the skills that are being taught. They really try to work with the parents and the students to make sure that they have a successful school year. There are always activities for the parents to be involved in in both the morning and afternoon. Last but not least their scores are constantly increasing even though they have an extremely high mobility rate and all of the students have been taught all over the world. Linwood Leopards are the BEST!!!!!

I had two children attend this school two years ago, while my son had a wonderful teacher (Ms. Jones) we love her today, we hated the school. My daughter's teacher wasn't bad at all but I didn't think she could meet my child's need. I express this concern to the adminstrators before the school year even started. Instead she ignored my concerns. I had no support from administrators or staff. But they constantly kept calling me and keeping me out of work. This school is perfect for your children if they don't have problems, education, behavorial, etc..But if they do I would go to a school that is willing to work with the parents and listen to their concerns as well!!!

I love Linwood. I have had 2 children go through this school and it is the best. One just 5th and the other 3rd-5th. They challenge the kids to reach above what they think they are capable of. The teachers and support staff are supreme! ALWAYS available for questions, comments and concerns. My kids were on the honor roll every year they were there, and they had to work hard for it. I appreciate EVERYTHING Linwood has given to my children. It will be hard to match when we move!

Linwood is a great school for anyone whose looking for great quality education, friendly & helpful staff, and ongoing communication between teacher and parents. The Pre-K program is a great experience for my son who's never attending any type of school/daycare setting. I love this school and the faculty members and I would recommend anyone who's looking for a great elementary school in Warner Robins. Their best interest is always in the children and their education.

Wonderful school! The entire staff is great. With in weeks a majority of the school knew my daughter by name. Everyone is friendly and professional. Lots of activities for the kids. Open communication between parents and teachers, they keep everyone up to date on the school happenings well. I love the Parent and Child Time for the pre-schoolers. Wish we were staying here longer, because of the school.

Linwood Elementary was the best school my children ever attended. The staff and administration is very caring and attentive. If there was a problem, the teachers always contacted me immediately and helped resolve the problem. Now we have moved and they attend other schools. In my opinion, no other school compares. It's a great school.

Great school. After only a couple of months everyone I had regular contact with recognized me and knew my child by name. He is a normally clingy child but feels so comfortable at this school he requested I drop him off at drive up. Shcool uses an agenda book for grades k up to send daily notes and reports of behavior home to parents as well as providing a place for questions to the teacher. When son was in Pre-K there were opportunities for parent involvement several times each month. I am now relocating and the only thing I will really miss about this town is this school.

We moved here from Washington, D.C. and this school is wonderful! The teachers are great and have helped my children catch up to where they are supposed to be. The staff is very professional and courteous. Ms. Gillis has the most patience of any person I know. This schools is a great place for fun and learning.

Linwood Elementry is a great school. We came from New Mexico 3 years ago, were my kids attended to a private school and when we arrive to Georgia our main concern was that our kids were not going to get the same education as they did in NM. Linwood staff have done a great job in proving themself to be wonderfull. They really work with the children to ensure the children are getting the proper education they need. Teachers encourage the children not just to be at their level academically, but to also strive to be better. That combined with the wonderfull and loving staff they have, makes Linwood a great place to be. Mrs. Gillis, the principal, is a great person and I enjoy walking into the school and seeing her beautifull smile welcoming every one. KUDOS to Mrs. Webb, Mrs Adams, Mrs Osbern and Mrs. Bridges.
