I love this school. My children love it as well. They feel at home and they know everyone there. Great school and great environment.
Excellent school. Couldn't imagine my children any other place.
i love this school. i tell everyone i know about it. all my kids go there and have been going there for 5 years now. the teachers are wonderful and try in every way to help the kids learn and grow. my kids love going to school how many parents can say that.
HCA is a wonderful place for children to attend. The staff is very loving. My two daughter started this year and I have seen a huge improvement in there happiness since moving them from public school. I dont have to worry about them being confused. They know there Lord, there proud of there country and there learnin from a well acredited school. You can not possibly beat the cost of the tuition. It is very reasonable and not near enough as it should be for what your children gain and peace of mind. I love Hope Baptist Church and cant see having my girls going to any other place for learning. As far as communication with administration just ask for Mrs. Williams, she is in charge and is an amazing women, always go, go, going, have patience its worth it for your children.
At this time we are not happy with the administration there seems to be a real lack of communication. I do hope it improves or we will be forced to look for another school
I also highly recommend HCA. My son was there 1st through 4th and my daughter started 1/2 way through K-5. She was so far behind they thought she would need to be kept in K-5 again but the curriculum and the teachers were wonderful and spent one on one time with her and by the end of the year she was writing in cursive, reading and won the math award at her K-5 graduation. You can't get much better than that. Also, my son went to public school for 5th grade and hated it. He & my daughter have begged to go back to HCA this year and we feel it would be in their best interest to reinstate them back in HCA. The only thing I would change would be to have more sports activities for the lower grade levels.
I highly recommend HCA. This is my daughter's second year and rave about her school to everyone. She transferred from another christian school and I see such a difference. Having neices in her same grade attending public school, I see how advanced ABEKKA curriculum seems to be. Extracurricular activities are offered to every grade level to boys and girls. The school is fully accredited and plan to send my daughter there until graduation. With a teacher per grade level it is as if the students are attending a public school environment. Parents can be as involved as they want to be but with the teacher's schedule it is hard to show up with a sparatic issue or quick comment.
My daughter has gone to hca for 2 years and I love them! The staff is caring and you really know they love your children. My daughter is ahead of her peers that attend goverment schools.
I am a former sudent of HCA. Untill rectenly i have switched over to public school. Hope prepared me acadmically. The material is challaging, above that of what most public schools teach. They have some extracurricular actives espcially in the area of music. Parents can be as involed as they want or they can sit back and relax. Hope sends home lots of reminders! so you'll also knoe whats going on. The teachers are caring and great. The enviroment is accepting and a great place to start your childern there. But once they get older, i suggest putting them in another school..in high school they have paces, which can be a nighmare for us teens. so its a great start for your younger ones.
