Trinity Christian School has been a great fit for our family. We are in our 7th year at TCS and hope to be here through graduation. The small class size is perfect for our children. The teachers are great and seem to love not only the students but being a teacher! When we joined TCS the school ended at 6th grade. Amazingly, this year TCS will graduate its 1st senior class. It has been exciting to be a part of the changes and growth of the school.

This wonderful school hits the mark in terms of educating and nurturing its students. The small class size, academic excellence, and its focus on the character and integrity of the students makes it feel like we're sending our children to be home schooled by a team of experts. We can't recommend this school enough!

We rate this school "excellent" plus! We have reviewed schools throughout CA and Hawaii, this is the most amazing Christian, Classical education out there. Our daughter is learning so much academically, but most importantly her character has improved. There is nothing out there like this. PTL we found this amazing environment!!!! Please note: they now go through HIGH SCHOOL

Trinity Christian School is the school I wish I would have had the opportunity to go to as a child! I have three children (4,6,8) enrolled. Trinity provides a nurturing environment. I really feel the faculty love our children as much as we do. The head of school knows every child (and parent) by name! Trinity provides a challenging academic program founded on the classical Christian approach.

This school is fabulous. It provides the children with a solid, classical education strong in the basics that are necessary for anything they choose to do it their lives. The faculty are dedicated to partnering with the parents to form a team focused on learning and growing in their education and spiritual life. Our daughter has thrived since moving over from another private school that was more interested in getting the school's name recognized so they could raise the tuition.

My 2 boys ages 8 and 11 have been at Trinity since age 3 preschool and it has been a very nurturing experience for them with strong academics(Latin! Ancient Greek History! Cell Biology in 5th grade!Annual Speech Festival!)) The art teacher is excellent and my kids have played on both basketball and volleyball teams (VB won their league this past Feb 2011) A gem.

Aloha, I am a mom of a former Trinity student who attended from preschool and graduated from 6th grade. Now, 20 years old, my son has grown into an amazing young man who endeavors to honor God and has His heart to help others. At his tender age, he has already seen the humanity of third world countries when he deployed in 2008. Curriculum, decent grades and athletics are only part of the whole picture; without integrity, humility and compassion one cannot be a well-rounded person. I remain grateful to the folks at Trinity for their consistant examples of what true character and God's love looks like . Partnering with Trinity for all those years was truly a gift that keeps on giving.

Our child was homeschooled for many years prior to entry at Trinity. The transition was very smooth and the teachers most willing to accomodate individual needs and interests, a rare attribute that we cherish. Our child likes going to school, reads many classical books that I wish I had time to read, and is encouraged to do the best work possible. We like the classical approach, the class size, the loving teachers and staff, and the standards and expectations for the students. The heart of our child is most important to us, and it is nurtured at Trinity, drawing the child closer to the Lord's character and love. There are other larger schools with status names, more electives, and techy trends, but Trinity is focused on the character and Christian upbringing of their students. We'll choose that any day.

My child is in high school at Trinity and is being challenged academically, spiritually, and physically in this small school environment. Her teachers have been caring and knowledgeable individuals and she is enjoying opportunities for service, teamwork, and leadership. The administration has also been open and responsive to her needs. In this kind of environment, I have seen her mature in her knowledge and understanding in the variety of subjects that she is learning. I don't see her education as a waste of time and money, but as an investment in her life. I wish I had received a comparable education as a youngster.

My children (6 & 9 yrs) LOVE Trinity Christian School!! The small classes provide my children a better learning environment and quicker access to their teachers. The teachers are gifted with a love for teaching, for the children and the ability to effectively teach them using the Classical education curriculum. They are able to connect history, math, literature, science, art, and bible all together using this type of curriculum.

Even a 1 star rating is TOO high. My child attended Trinity for 5 months. After hearing and reading great reviews of the school I was excited that my child was accepted mid year. Although my child has accelerated in studys, administration and staff found that she/he wasn't ready for their school program the following year. Upon this evaluation, they took it upon themselves to WITHDRAW my child from their Summer School program (after she/he was CONFIRMED and PAID in full) 3 weeks prior to starting summer. They were unwilling to work with me as to where to put my child. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would not recommend this school to my worst enemy.

We love this school! Trinity is a Classical Christian school that is helping us to train our boys. The teachers are loving and the academic instruction is challenging. As long as we live in Hawaii we will send our children to Trinity!

Wow, Trinity Christian School! What a blessing it is to find a school who wants to educate my children classically, in a godly, Christ-centered, compassionate way. Trinity has been around for many years serving families from pre-school to 6th grade, but now they have expanded to include 7-9th grade and will continue adding a grade each year till they are a complete pre-school through 12th grade. Now my children can continue to be mentored by Godly teachers with high standards and loving hearts. The teachers at Trinity genuinely care for my children s character as well their education. Thank you Trinity for your diligence in producing a quality education for my children and the future generations of Hawaii children.

All four of our children graduated from Trinity. In my opinion, there is no better school anywhere. Academically it is superb and developing strong and caring character in students is a priority. It offers a loving, Christ-centered environment that provided a solid foundation for my children. High praise from a very happy parent!

Their preschool is severly lacking in their care and knowledge. Their inexperience is evident this area shows.

This is a great elementary school. If all schools were like this, the children would be much more respectful and smart. The only lacking areas are their Japanese, Art & Music programs as well as the SWimiming.

We couldn't be happier. Our daughter was at one of the best public schools on the island while on Trinity's waiting list. It was a miserable 2 years. We were delighted, thrilled when a spot opened up for our child in the 2nd grade. We have not been disappointed. Trinity Chrisitian School treats students with respect and dignity. Conflicts are addressed and resovled in a Biblical manner. How refreshing! It has been a perfect match for our daughter and now our son, too. Now with the school expanding to 7th and 8th grade, there is a wonderful middle school option for the Windward side of the island!
