What's an appropriate age for teens to start dating?

my two daughters age of 13 soon 14 and 12 going on 13.i have told them that they are allowed group dates as of now with atleast one adult chaperone,when they 14 group dates no chaperone,15 double dates,when they r 16 they are allowed to do 1on1 dates

16 for double dating, and 18 by themselves. So many kids are put in situations that they do not have the capacity to guage!

Dating shouldnt be allowed at early ages. I mean 16 and 17 are ok ages because they have a bit more knowledge to them, but if your 14 year old daughter/son has the crazy urge to date then be careful. They work on impulses&urges which equals horror
