Texas Virtual Academy states in their FAQs that they may provide a computer if the family meets certain financial criteria--but the family must provide their own Internet (http://www.k12.com/txva/faqs/technical) And Texas Connections Academy requires your own computer and internet as stated here: http://www.connectionsacademy.com/texas-houston-school/technology/hardware/home.aspx78148
