We are moving to Las Vegas and I am looking for good school for my daughter. She is excellent at writing, reading and wanting to be a public speaker, lawyer...

You will find most comprehensive high schools have programs for debate, speech, theatre and the like. The skills learned in all those programs will make her stronger in her areas of interest.
Start here: http://www.greatschools.org/find-schools/ and find schools that interest you. Read the parent reviews, compare the ratings, and then ask to tour the schools this summer. Ask to meet (or email if they're not on campus) with the advisors for the programs she's most interested in.
