The fees need to pay

Hi Livina,
Public schools are generally free, but unless you are low-income and fill out an application for free lunch, you will pay for your lunches. And things like extra curricular activities--dances and yearbooks--are typically paid for.
Are you moving to the area? Public schools do not charge tuition, since they are paid for through the taxes of the property owners of the area. But if you choose a school outside of your district, they can assess a fee for your attendance.
