Clover Trinity Lutheran

I attended Clover as a child and felt that the fist two years of public high school were review after receiving such great education through Clover.

We have one child attending fourth grade at Clover. He started Kindergarten in public school and had a rough time of it. Since moving to Clover, his grades have improved dramatically and so has his self-esteem and confidence. The one-on-one attention given each student cannot be matched. Teachers really care about their students and keep parents well informed of their childrens' progress. At the end of eighth grade, students are often further advanced academically than their peers in public school, and have no trouble adjusting.

I am very pleased with this school. We have two children attending, one in second grade and one in sixth grade. The education the children get is first rate. The cirriculum is updated on a regular basis. The teachers are open and friendly, and truly love the children. If you have any concerns the staff is very ready and willing to sit down and talk with you. The principal is kind and knows each child by name. Hugs flourish in this environment. The lunches are homemade, a real treat. Spanish is taught. The technology is on par or exceeds the offerings of the area public schools. Children receive an education that prepares them for the future. Sharing and encouraging the Christian faith is done through daily class devotions, weekly chapel, and throughout the day in all of the studies.

Clover Trinity Lutheran School is a wonderful school! This is my son's 5th year. The school administrator & staff give the children and parents utmost consideration. The ciriculum is never outdated. The school's mission statement is their primary focus; to nuture, equip, and disciple students for the future by providing excellence in education with a dynamic, Christ-centered environment. They meet and exceed every aspect of the mission statement. No child is ever left out of plays or programs, etc. Every child is made to feel important and is always included. The small classrooms are an added plus! The students excell due to the student/teacher ratio and the excellent skills of the teachers. Due to the low number of students, sports are limited to participation. However, the school makes up for the lack of sports(i.e. football) by implementing other programs (i.e. fine arts festival, band, advanced choir, etc.) Sena McKnight

My child has been going to Clover from K through 5th grade. I love the Christian and country atmosphere. The academic instruction is solid. The teachers give praise and hugs and my child has flourished in that environment. Spanish instruction begins in 1st grade and there are some extra-curricular activities available. Teachers communicate regularly with parents and make home visits prior to the school year. I have friends with children attending public school and they are always surprised by the opportunities that are offered my child in such a small private school.

We feel very blessed to have our child at Clover. The classes are small and it is obvious that the teachers and staff really care about each kid. We have been made welcome to every outing and activity, and been given a scholarship when funds are low.

This is my childs second year at clover and he loves it. In the past we had such terrible luck with the public school system, my son did not enjoy going at all, in fact would beg and cry not to go. Clover has changed all that, and he loves to go, this summer he begged for school to start. He has a much better attitude and outlook towards school and learning.
