My children attend or have graduated from Castleford Schools. I find this school to be on the cutting edge with technology, offering an 8 period rollover concept (where students are able to take more classes), have an all day kindergarten, their grading system is electronic, and their elementary music program is excellent. The superintendent and principal are personable, caring, and up-to-date with keeping the school a positive learning environment. The teachers my children have had work hard to give them the best education and keep them on state and national standards, while still having fun learning experiences. My senior has been given many oportunities about finding college material, such as financial aid and scholarships, and school choices from the present school counselor. Castleford schools have many out-of-district children, which speaks for itself showing the kind of school parents want their children to attend.
