Firth is a special school. Almost everyone knows each other by name. Academic standard is high, with much teacher/student/community interaction. The standard for integrity is also very high. We as a community are very blessed to have so little crime in our schools. The only down side to a small school is the amount of classes offered. It is difficult for a student to get the classes he needs to compete with the larger schools for college. All in all, Firth is a great place to raise children. Sheila Kibler

I want to thank the FHS for everything that you have done for me. I wanted to thank especially Peggy hunt. THe school means everything to me and has taught me a lot. Keep up the good work and never give up on the students. Keep encouraging them even if they seem they won't make it. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Without your help and spirit I wouldn't have been here now, but I thank you.
