This is a really good school. So many kids show up there with absolutely no language and the teachers just bring the best out of them. They never give up and just work hard together to make sure each student's needs are met. I don't believe that the 2 students per teacher ratio is accurate, but their classrooms are smaller than public school classrooms ... providing Deaf kids and Blind kids with the best education possible. It's sad that there are so many deaf children in public schools who are not only missing out on the best education possible for them, but also their emotional, social, and mental well being.
