I have children that have experienced both first and second grade at Nezperce Elementary and those teachers are fantastic! First grade was amazing at fostering a love of questioning everything in nature, in books, etc. as well as teaching independence in problem-solving in the class and at recess. Second grade has a strong commitment to classroom family and valuing each individual and their contributions to the class. The expressive writing of the second grade students is quite impressive! The one on one time for students is unbeatable at Nezperce Elementary. The teachers are able to focus attention on all facets of education. My children each have had struggles in different areas and all were addressed quickly, competently, and with great compassion and cooperation between teacher and parents. I highly recommend this elementary school to any family.
