Shoshone Elementary School

I agree about the safety of this school almost the same thing happend 2 my son. I also dont know what kind of school would put a student in the office all day just cause the subsitute dont like the kid without the kid even doin anything bad that day. especially after the kid had already been disceplend for that other time. seems to me that this school needs more mature subs on bord as well as whoever else approved this action. i think of the saying 'no kid left behind' lol i guess in this school its no sub left behind.

Well unlike the two previous reviews I think Shoshone Elementary is a great school. They have implemented a very structured and affective reading program, students score are steadly raising and the help for ESL students is unmatched.

I am not to sure about the safety of our children in this school, all the teachers do not walk the children to the buses and make sure they are on the right bus. My Kindergarder got on the wrong bus and they had no clue were she was for about an hour. Now I drive her. If the buses arrive late the kids get tardy slips. Isn't that the bus drivers problem, not our kids? I also agree about the education in this school. The violence bothers me and some of the teachers negativity. If you can't be positive find another job.

This scholl is perfect for those parents who have no desire for their children to receive anything better than a less than average education. The teachers are not willing to go the extra mile for their students. Just look at the test scores below and you will see why NOT to put your child in this school district! I am taking my child out of this school and enrolling them in private school.
