Our middle school is greatly lacking want by some of the teachers to guide and assist our children in every day activities. They seem to have no desire to be in the positions they are in as role models for our young students. There is a lack of communication amongst the teachers and parents as well. There are several great teachers at this school who are there to teach, love their jobs, and it shows. A successful teacher will have successful students. Not just those students who excel at everything but those students who find it hard to stay on the right path. A good teacher gives them light to help them find their way. We have far too many students with below average grades and the school keeps on passing them because they don't want to 'deal' with them. It seems to me it is not only the students failing.
