South Middle School has an excellent caring staff that is available to give extra help to students when needed. My daughter has had an enjoyable 6th & 7th grade years and is looking forward to 8th grade. She has been challenged and I know she will be ready for high school when the time comes.

South academics and extra circular activities are fantastic. Both of my girls enjoy school, and are having a great middle school experience. I couldn't ask for better!

South Middle School has nice physical facilities and professional administrative staff however the teacher quality is highly inconsistent. If one is unlucky, it will be a long, disappointing year. This has been the case for both our children and our neighbors as well. Accessubg honors programs is good. Accessing assistance for children with special needs, however, is very difficult. This is a big disappointment overall, as our experience at the elementary school was outstanding.

I am a seventh grader from South Middle School and I absolutely love it! I used to go to Wayside and i was depressed. Most kids were in the 'Popular' clique. I transfered in sixth grade and i have made many friends!! i have also been learning many things that Wayside did not have to offer. The extra curricular is just amazing!

The teachers here are awesome! I thought that when I came here in 6th grade, it would be worse than elementary school, but it's way better! It's so big and the students do well here. I love this school!

All the schools in this district are great. Dryden Elementary is fantastic! Kids transition to South Middle School effortlessly. Teacher and staff investment with the children cannot be beat anywhere nationwilde.
