Clare Woods Academy is an outstanding program for children with many types of special needs. Our son has autism accompanied with some significant learning disabilities and he has found his 'home away from home' at Clare Woods Academy. He commutes up to an hour each way to school in order to receive the nuturing & promising educational experiences he requires and deserves. Clare Woods Academy has changed his life and the life of our family by providing him the safe, respectful, loving environment he needs to learn and grow educationally, socially and emotionally.

Has been the best thing for my grandson. This school turned him to a person who cares about others and not just himself. Thank you.

Bartlett Learning Center (now Claire Woods Academy) has been a godsend for our autistic daughter. Their genuine loving care and attention to constantly 'raising the bar' for each of their students creates the optimum environment for growth. Since our daughter entered their school (with 3 weeks remaining in her 3rd grade), she has learned to read with great comprehension, achieved a a solid understanding of arithmetic and has supremely advance all of her life skills to a level that, a couple of years ago, we weren't sure she would ever achieve. If you have a child with special needs, you owe it to them (and yourself) to ask your school district specifically about outplacemnt into Claire Woods Academy.
