Zion Lutheran School

Zion Lutheran School continues to be a blessing to our family! As our 3rd child completes her 7th year at Zion and we reflect on our older 2 children who completed 9 years (K-8th), we are forever grateful. We are grateful we stumbled into the church one Sunday morning 19 years ago and grateful for the amazing team assembled at Zion. On our first visit, we immediately felt the warmth of the congregation and the stability of the church and school family. The history of the school, the support of the church and vision of the combined ministry have established a powerful program that has richly blessed our family for years. My husband grew up in this community, but I was a new resident 19 years ago. I was looking for a special church and school for our future family. Now as I reflect back on the past 19 years, Zion has been the foundation our family needed. The commitment of this church and school continue to bless us. Over the years, this school continues to strive to be on the cutting edge with programs, technology and training to make the education experience the absolute best!

Zion Lutheran School is an NLSA accredited school offering 3 and 4 year old preschool through 8th grade. This school is doing an outstanding job in equipping my children spiritually and academically. The school offers wonderful vocal and instrumental music programs and great sports opportunities. I would highly recommend this school.

Totally accredited school. Provides an excellent Christ centered education. Teachers are certified, innovative and caring. They exhibit a vested interest in the well being of each child. The technology infused curriculum has prepared my children well for high school. There are many great sports opportunities, as well as music, band & art. Parental involvement is encouraged. A tremendous value, our children are thriving. Highly recommend

Zion is an excellent school with a solid background of over 128 years in teaching. I am thrilled to have our child at this school and have had nothing but positive experiences. I volunteer at Zion and have seen nothing but leadership 'Walking with Jesus' as they set the example of a Christ centered school. The education your child will receive at Zion will prepare them for more than college and a career it prepares them for life!

Zion could use accreditation however its emphasis on a Christ-centered education is evident throughout the child's school day. His love for us is intertwined during every subject taught at Zion.

They have an excellent PTA and school. All of the teachers was there to help whenever they can.
