First & foremost the Christian component to a well rounded education in invaluable. New Beginnings has been around a long time and the Director is very effective & always has the student's best interests in mind. Every staff member is approachable & if you have a problem or issue, it is dealt with immediately. With the choice of PSD Valley View 365, Montessori is of course far superior. My son just finished his Kindergarten year and can name & identify all 7 continents, can name 7 Spanish speaking countries in South America, speaks some Spanish & knows some sign-language, is reading on his own, has a wonderful vocabulary, just to name a few. A Montessori education teaches children from a very young age to respect themselves & others. It encourages children to place high expectations on themselves & others, and instills a sense of pride when works are completed.

The plus side of this school is the religious training. My child has grown a lot as a Christian, and her faith is strong. The minus side is the education. My child needs some prodding to do the works she does not like, and her teacher was unwilling to do this.
