Great school with great teachers and a GREAT principal if you live in the area send your kids here!
The grading sstem here is very difficult, and they don't play around when it comes to getting your work in on time. They have prepared me well for highschool, but there have been some problems with the teachers misplacing work as well as students. I am in 8th grade and i do love this school. Everyone here is like family.
Maternity MBVM is a Phenomenal school. At Maternity the teachers are excellent. When your child needs help or doesn't understand something, the teachers will help your child on the spot and soon before you know it your child will be an expert on the subject. Overall the students really learn allot here. I attend Maternity and i'm in the eighth grade. I love this school so much and they have really prepared me for high school next year. All in all, I would give Maternity 100%. It's truely a wonderful place to be.
Wonderful, caring parish and school! We moved in the middle of the school year from out of town and were able to get our five year old and eight year old into the school and the school has been wonderful. We have very high expectations for academics and feel that MBVM excels. More importantly MBVM has the perfect balance of high academic standards and caring environment in a school. This is a very special place and the minute you walk in, you feel that. I cannot say enough about the faculty and the administration. Just go and tour the school and you will see.
I have two girls currently enrolled at MBVM and they love it. This is their first year there. They went to a public school last year and one of my children were struggling and the public school wasn't offering any help. This was not the only reason we sent them to a catholic school, we really wanted them to be able to have religion in school as well. My daughter went from d's and f's to a's and b's this is what private school do for our children the teachers are just wonderful as well as all the staff. We rate this school a 5+.
