St. Mary School

My grandchildren go to Saint Mary School. Whenever there is an opportunity to go to their school and see them "in action" we take it and are always impressed, not only with our own grandchildren and their accomplishments, but with their peers, teacher, principal, and other families. When we come in the school children greet us and say hello as we pass in the halls. The staff goes out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The excitement in the voices of our grandchildren as they talk about their day or share songs and projects with us is heartwarming. We are so happy that they get to go to school here and feel so blessed that the community allows us to participate, too. Well done SMS!

St. Mary School is a really wonderful educational experience for students and their families. Not only does it prepare students for high school and beyond with a very high-level curriculum of differentiated instruction, it cultivates their religious, social, and self awareness. Students have opportunities to demonstrate public speaking, musical presentation, as well as participation in many sports teams and competitions. Underlying all, is an air of discipline and respect that is taught throughout and is very evident when interacting with graduates from SMS. Smaller class size allows for strong bonds and friendships to form through the years. There are opportunities for family involvement offering the ability to build bonds not only with our own children, but with our childrens' friends, all the while creating lifelong friendships with other families. St. Mary School is a beautiful community and I am so very proud to know that my children are being educated there.

What a wonderful school environment to enrich the lives of young children. We have multiple children at SMS and they are flourishing in all areas of their lives. With the guidance of the new principal, the school has gone from very good to truly amazing. We decided to send our children to SMS for the Catholic faith formation, but have received all so much more. The local public schools are very good, but we are finding that the educational experience at SMS is superior across the board. We are so excited for the future of Saint Mary School!! I love going to Saint Mary School!! My teachers are nice and smart and always have good ideas. When I have a problem there is always someone there to help me and when I do something great like pass my math facts my teachers are proud of me. I love doing Battle of the Books and Cross Country because all the kids cheer for each other and are happy when someone does their best. SAINT MARY SCHOOL S THE BEST!!

Saint Mary School is a wonderful place for our three children to attend. Families are warm and welcoming, teachers are creative and attentive and the values that permeate the curriculum are shaping our children in positive and impressive ways. We couldn't be happier at Saint Mary School!

I am an alum of the school as well as a teacher here- it is a great Catholic environment for students. Between the rigorous academics, numerous extracurricular activities, and firm faith foundation, St. Mary school is wonderful place to learn and grow.

St. Mary has really been focused on strengthening their core academic curriculum and has made the education of the whole child their primary focus. Fresh ideas added with seasoned leadership and experience has made for a great new beginning here at St. Mary. The staff this year is very engaged and motivated and the morale has been very strong across all the grade levels.

I have come to really enjoy the atmosphere that has been built and is continuing to be built. The support that surrounds the learning process is extremely positive all the way from the parents to the teachers. There is an academic creativity really allows students to express what they are learning in a variety of exciting ways. Students are challenged academically and are also provided with numerous extra curriculars that allow them to grow with their interests.

I have been a member of the parish and have seen many changes over the years. A new administration has brought new ideas and positive changes to the school which affected the entire parish community. The faculty is a blend of both experienced and new teachers bringing stability and freshness.
