I have two granddaughters that attended this school, one is in her last year there (2nd grade). They had problems reading until they were placed in the reading programs. I am happy to say, they are both reading above their grade levels and they love to read. Keep up the great work with phonics Wilson School. This helps with our kids confidence, and empowers them to do great things!

I am so happy that my child has left this school. My child was bullied not only by other students, but by the teachers as well. The only way the teachers care about these students is if they are 'good' students. The teachers need to be better trained in how to deal with students that have learning disabilities and quit comparing these children to 'other students' in their grade. Not all students are the same nor do they learn at the same pace as other students. I need to see more compassion from these educators, as they expect children to be young adults and 'mature' in the 1st grade. The only positive educator at the school was the principal who appears to care for these students. I was very disappointed in the school.

My daughter has been enrolled at this school since she was 4. She started in pre-school and will be entering 1st grade this fall. I have been extremely satisfied with the level of care and concern the teachers have shown her. There is a genuine feeling of teachers working together with us in my daughter's best interest. I only hope and pray that the remaining school years in this district continue to be as positive.
