After attending another school in the district I transferred my son to Dr. Howard. I wish that he had been their the entire time. I have a very intelligent kindergarten student with a developmental disable. He is also very stubborn. He will be silent and hope that no one notices him. That's exactly what his last teacher did. However, his new teacher immediately figured him out and refused to ignore him. In fact she pushes him out of his comfort zone and he is doing sooooo much better now. His ED teacher and speech therapist are also really caring and skilled in dealing with him. I am extremely pleased with this school from the administrative staff, office staff, classroom teacher, assistants, specials teacher and the support staff. I would tell anyone to send their child to Dr. Howard.

My sons have been going here 2 years and are both in the locally-well-known gifted program this year. Their entire classrooms are gifted; they don't need to leave for a special hour of 'gifted' teaching. Principal, office staff and all their teachers have been great. Wonderful library. School bussing available. Early hours are the worst part: 7:45 a.m.-2:00 p.m.!
