Awesome school!!!!!! The principal is very involved, and that's what matters. The teachers are there for their students which makes learning more fun.
I think this is a great school. Like the teacher and principal . This have helped my daughter to exceed in school.
My doughters areberry smart and inteligent i belive is because theyre going to a very good school and have nice teachers . The school staff is very good also i'm proud to have my kids in these school
Roosevelt School is the best school my children have attended. The PBIS behavior program has motivated my children and they love going to school everyday. The teachers, principals, and staff are #1.
Roosevelt School does not provide a high quality education. My child did not receive instruction in geography or social studies. Roosevelt did not have a Science Fair for students to participate in. There is no Great Books Club so that students may study the classics. The teachers seem to be unqualified and uncaring. The work they provided was too easy for my child. They did not require the students to use higher order thinking skills.
I feel that Roosevelt School is an excellent school where as the enviroment is concern. The school today, is alot different from when I was there. The teachers were more attentive to the children needs. The parents were more concerned. They need to hire more teacher assistants to help with the children. 20 kids to 1 teacher is not fair for the teacher or to the students. How can a child learn if there are children who don't want to learn and their parents are not there to support them. I also send my child to learn not to fight. I feel the tolerance in that school is crazy. The trouble makers that provoke the good ones to fight should be put into a classroom by themselves. Not kick out. All this is doing is teaching our children to be drop outs.
From what my child has come home saying there needs to be a lot more done about the teachers there. No one is supervising them. There is no care for the kids. So, what is going in this school I have pulled my child from this school. My child should not be hearing teachers gossip in the hallways about things that should not be talked about in front of children.
